I came in today for an oil change. Staff member Robert L. assisted me. He was courteous, friendly, and made me feel welcomed which was greatly appreciated. The appointment was quick, approximately 45 minutes. Thank you for the pleasant experience and quick service on this wet and rainy day. I even beat the traffic going home which was perfect!

Scammers. Swindlers. They said I need an alignment, I paid over $300 for one, then while I'm paying they said I need cam/caster bolts. I dont have time, so I come back 3 months later (they okayed this, and said my alignment was good for 6 months). I brought in my receipt which had written (by them) that I need to come back in for cam/casters. They looked surprised that I kept the reciept with THEIR written note. I get a call halfway through service saying they need to do this and that, and it will cost over $650. What happened to WHAT YOU WROTE on the paper? I cant even trust what you guys wrote 3 months prior. so how can I trust it now. So they decide they wont even fix the bolts. Its a scam. I also bought the groupon and it takes hours to do an oil change.

HORRIBLE. The fact that you actually have to give theses guys a star makes me cringe. Swindlers. Brought the groupon for three oil changes. Called to check on the wait. "not busy, come right in" We declined all the extras and inspections. Suddenly there was a wait time. and they They still searched my car for defects to report. Not sure why they were dismantling the rear bakes on an oil change. DON'T DO IT. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. They took over THREE hours for an oil change and that was after I had to make a large scene. Larry the manager on the weekends is shady in more ways than one. None of the employees on Saturday have worked over 9 months at this place; that's a key indicator.

they're scamming people i go in to have 1 tire replaced and i check around the corner and there's a guy under the hood of my car. i ask him why is he under the hood and he says he was checking "stuff". what stuff? he has no real answer. clearly he was trying to mess with things to try and get me to replace something else. my car was just completely fixed at the kia dealership. there was absolutely nothing wrong under the hood. when i let him know this he again just stares and stutters. no response. i get into my car and notice my radio & papers in the car were mess3d with. this place is a joke

My original review was one star but I'm going to bump it to 2 stars. I got a call from one of the reps there and he was sincere and understanding of my concerns. Needless to say, the tires do feel great on my car and the alignment does feel good. Please disclose information before letting your customers find out about it later and have to call you back wasting both their time. Thank you for addressing my concerns about wasting people's valuable time.

Welp I've been here now for 3 hours. In their defence I never said I was in a rush. It's the time of the month for me so yes, it might have been the worst possible time to get an oil change, but with school starting next week. Life must go on. Let me preface this by saying I'm a bartender that worked from 7pm-3am. We got slammed last night and I decided to stay up early, come in, in the morning and sleep during the day so I can be at optimal strength tonight to work again. So with that being said why is my oil change taking 3 hours? After an hour I talked to them and they said they had it scheduled to take two hours. Ok so it'll be ready by 12 then. I got a yes. Well it's now well past 12 and I'm tired and grumpy and hungry. I wore lounge around clothes so I look terrible, I haven't showered and I'm wearing makeup from the night before. I'm giving two stars because I'm obviously upset with the service but there is a cute guy who had to discover some inappropriate toys in my glove box but chose to laugh about it. Thanks cute guy, you rock. I'm going to place most of the blame on myself though. I just didn't accurately prepare for a 3 hour oil change. TLDR: prepare for a 3 hour oil change or you will be miserable.

Everything I needed to accomplish was accomplished here. They didnt have the part in store but ordered it for me. It was a little more than anticipated but within the range they told me. Customer service was very nice, and they also followed up with phonecalls. Overall this was a seamless experience, and I am back on the road.

Beware of Big O Tires in Midtown. After buying a set of four tires about a year ago, I went to pick up my car and I was told that I needed a front and rear brake job. I was also told that one of the lug nuts broke off during my tire replacement. I was informed that my auto mechanic put the lug nuts on too tight and that was the problem. I was told that it would take an additional $700.00 and change for all of the repairs. I immediately called University Automotive (my regular auto mechanic) and they told me to bring in my car and to allow them to figure out what had happened. University Auto told me that they always have a device that controls the amount of tension on there torque wrench. University Auto felt sorry for me and did the repair free of charge. They also assured me that they weren't the ones who damaged my car. University Automotive also looked at my brakes. They said that I didn't need a front brake job and that the rear ones were just at the point of needing to be fixed. All told I saved $550.00 by getting a second opinion. Big O Tires is all about the up sell. They will try to sell you anything they can even if you don't need it. Big-O Tires is a franchisee based business with little corporate oversight. I wasn't even able to contact corporate headquarters to complain about my experience. Also, if you get a nail in your tire or own an all-wheel drive vehicle be careful. They will do everything they can to try and sell you 4 new tires instead of fixing the single tire. I know because I experienced it first hand. I learned a valuable lesson from this experience. Get a referral from a trusted expert in whatever you don't have a lot of knowledge of. I will never go back to Big-O Tires. Let the buyer beware. Watch out for the up sell, if they try to do it to you, please check with your mechanic first. You might save yourself time and money. Or do what I did. I went America's Tires on Arden Way. They won't try to up sell you, they provide great service, and have honest employees.

These guys are the absolute worst. They forever and try to run your bill up as high possible. Feels gross. Last time I ever go to this place. I

It has been a while since I have been to this location because before they stated you needed an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation and usually the wait would be too long so I'd go somewhere else. Today I had a screw in my rear tire that I needed to have repaired and apparently they do not require an appointment any longer for oil change/tire rotation as they have another bay dedicated to that. This location always has great customer service and doesn't try and give you a free alignment and waste your time to try and make a sale on you buying a 2 wheel alignment. I will be back as the location as convenient and these guys are honest about what you need. I lucked out today as it was slow at the time I came in which is usually not the case.

Established in 1962.

The Big O Tires story begins back in 1962, when the automobile was hitting high gear. The market for replacement tires was exploding, and independent tire dealers found themselves struggling to compete with low prices offered by major tire manufacturers' own company stores. Big O's founding fathers were progressive independent tire dealers who decided to form a tire-buying cooperative to secure volume pricing and keep their customers happy.

Big O Tires has become North America's largest retail tire franchisor, with over 400 independently-owned and operated locations, providing customers with a broad range of automotive services in addition to quality tires, wheels and accessories. Big O has become an industry role model admired for its unmatched customer loyalty ratings.

As Big O Tires continues to thrive and adapt to an ever-changing marketplace, it remains rooted in its humble beginnings as a proud collective of independent dealers committed to putting its customers first.

Example: There are a few times in life when a meal is so expertly crafted and planned that it is nothing short of genius. Last night, I had one of those meals - the Mahi Mahi.

The dish was excellently prepared. Grilled, juicy, and fresh without a hint of fishiness. A glaze of tangerine sauce brought a hint of tart sweetness. The fish was placed on a mound of sweet plantain rice. The combination of the fish and rice alone was to die for!

However, as only expert chefs can achieve, additional garnishes provided even bolder, beautiful tastes. Pickled onions topping the fish made for an even finer taste experience, while green beans hidden under the fish added freshness and completed each bite
