Great service. great employees and awesome work in just now time. I will highly suggest to come here for anything you need for your car. Excellent place and service.

I have been coming to this particular location for the past 8 years I recently purchased a new car which is t their Tires, I had a slow leak, the woman that helped me was Rude she's been there for awhile kept asking me for my key I told her she had it is the key fob, she couldn't get the door open then proceeded to ask how do u start your car, I said push the button. I know she isn't naïve. We went back in she did her paperwork then proceeded to tell me it would $40.00, are you freaking crazy. not going to pay for it sorry Bad Bad.

These guys took care of my boyfriends issues in a very timely manner. He was driving with his friend and they had a flat tire out of nowhere. He looked up the nearest tire shop and thank goodness he found this place. It looked busy up front, he was standing around for probably 5 minutes max before a representative asked if he needed help. He explained his issue and they said to park it and give them about 40-45 minutes. My boyfriend said that our car was on a lift in probably 35 minutes of waiting. Nice! He thought that he hit a nail at first, but these guys diagnosed the issue differently. Our TPMS sensor was unusually long for our wheel/tire setup. So it didn't look like the tire was damaged at all. Whew! So my boyfriend called the guys that installed the wheel/tires and the Big O mechanic started talking to them over the phone. He explained the entire situation and advised that they redo the work since Big O does not carry anything in house to fix the issue. Awesome! Big O mechanic then advised that my boyfriend drive around on a donut for the time being. This was a hard pill to swallow, since we spent so much money on the wheel/tire package. On top of that, the donut tire size was 175, our original tire set is 285 in the rear. so you can imagine how awkward that looks on the street. Nevertheless, the donut was much safer than inflating the original tire back up, only to have it deflate again. These guys must've seen how awkward it looked because they took care of the issue for free! They didn't charge to diagnose and install the donut for us! Thanks Big O tires! We were thinking about giving this place 4 stars because my boyfriend saw one of the mechanics putting our wheel face down on the ground. Never put forged wheels face down on the ground. We didn't see any scratches but he told me his heart skipped a beat when he saw. Other than that, we highly recommend this place for your tire needs!

Guess I got lucky and showed up at the right time-mid afternoon. I had 2 tires installed in about an hour. I was on a budget but needed new tires. Leslie searched around and found something decent and in the right price range. Efficient and professional service.

They had the exact tire I wanted in their warehouse. Other places had it on backorder with a wait. I called at opening on Saturday morning. They had my tire to the shop within 2 or 3 hours, and installed shortly after that. And for for a much better part price than Les Schwab quoted. Jeremy helped me- very nic and helpful.

Bessie felt left out this Christmas and she needed a Christmas present as well. so two tires it is for the girl. I was given great service by the lady who assisted me. Took them about an hour to change my tires and give the girl a diagnostic, etc. Great service, great neighborhood, Trader Joes is right down the street. So I went walking down that way and checked out East Sac. Will definitely be back.

I originally went in to big o, Monday I had wires showing on my front passenger side but not on any other tire & I bought them all at the same time back in 2015, the guy said I needed two new tires & and alignment, he also let me know that tire rotations are free if you buy your tires from big o. The guy also let me know they would check to make sure everything else was safe (i.e. brakes, other tires) & would check my fluids & fill anything that needed to be filled. I let him know I was low on windshield wiper fluid. Anywho I left my car for 6 hours & picked it up after I got off work, he said everything was good so I paid & left. The tires feel great! I'm giving it 2 stars because when I got home & went to put my paper work from them away my glove box handle was broken, which wasn't my doing because I used it that same morning to get an old receipt out and it was working fine, I called big o and he said go ahead and bring it back so the next day I took it back, the guy immediately walked up to me and said "my mechanics said it was already a little broken when you brought it in but I told them guys you have to document everything!" I was like "it wasn't broken because I used it to get my old receipt out yesterday & my fluids are not topped off like you said they would do" I wait about 15mins and he comes back and says "it looks like someone tried to pry open your glove box have you ever had a problem with it? and my guys are saying they never opened it so I'm not sure what you want me to do" I'm pretty pissed at this point "I told him I've never had a problem with it just fill my fluid so I can go if your not going to fix it" so they fill my fluid & I leave unhappy! A few hours later my boyfriend called to speak to the manager he basically said his mechanics didn't break it that the guy That was helping me said I did have problems with my glove box & that it's an old car that a lot was broken on it. Yeah the seat was broke & I told them do not move it but if my glove box was broken I wouldn't have told them to go ahead & go into it to get my tire lock out which they said they never ended up getting. In the end he said I could take my car back for the third time, so they can figure out what broke & fix it but we would have to buy the parts. At this point I'm just not trusting this business anymore. I'm happy with the tire service but not with now a broken glove box that won't open, that did the morning I dropped it off at big o.

For an oil change on my 2003 Yukon $90.00. First quoted $29.99 w/ Tire rotation and add 9.00 for extra quart. But. If I wanted synthetic oil (Kendall), it was more than double. What a rip! If I was told a range in price I probably would have let them take care of it. I really don't appreciate surprises.

I needed a battery check.I went to big-o, I was greeted by Leslie. She had a service tech helping me within 5min. My battery was bad, had it changed within 30 minutes and was on my way. Great service! I've been a 30+ years Sears automotive customer and I will never go back! Big-o is now my place to go!

I've been going here for over a decade. Service is great but you may have to wait for 1-2 hours if there are a lot of other customers which is normal. The quality of the work and products is great; that's the best selling point of Big O. They try to constantly up-sell you for stuff that is not needed or not needed now; filters, belts, alignments, etc. Every store does that; you need to be able to ask what is needed now & what is discretionary and if you don't want more stuff then decline it.

Big O Tires - 18 Photos & 85 Reviews - Tires - 5701 Folsom Blvd, East Sacramento, Sacramento, CA - places to get your oil changed

The Big O Tires story begins back in 1962, when the automobile was hitting high gear. The market for replacement tires was exploding, and independent tire dealers found themselves struggling to compete with low prices offered by major tire manufacturers' own company stores. Big O's founding fathers were progressive independent tire dealers who decided to form a tire-buying cooperative to secure volume pricing and keep their customers happy.

Big O Tires has become North America's largest retail tire franchisor, with over 400 independently-owned and operated locations, providing customers with a broad range of automotive services in addition to quality tires, wheels and accessories. Big O has become an industry role model admired for its unmatched customer loyalty ratings.

As Big O Tires continues to thrive and adapt to an ever-changing marketplace, it remains rooted in its humble beginnings as a proud collective of independent dealers committed to putting its customers first.

I have been at Big O Tires for 19 years. I believe Big O Tires has the best Service, Best Tire Prices, and the Best VALUE for the Money!

Example: There are a few times in life when a meal is so expertly crafted and planned that it is nothing short of genius. Last night, I had one of those meals - the Mahi Mahi.

The dish was excellently prepared. Grilled, juicy, and fresh without a hint of fishiness. A glaze of tangerine sauce brought a hint of tart sweetness. The fish was placed on a mound of sweet plantain rice. The combination of the fish and rice alone was to die for!

However, as only expert chefs can achieve, additional garnishes provided even bolder, beautiful tastes. Pickled onions topping the fish made for an even finer taste experience, while green beans hidden under the fish added freshness and completed each bite
